What is the Bilt Palladium Card welcome offer?

The Bilt Palladium Card welcome offer has two components.¹ First, $300 in Bilt Cash is deposited to your Bilt account upon approval — no spend required. Combined with the $200 annual Bilt Cash benefit that also posts at account opening, Palladium cardholders begin with up to $500 in Bilt Cash available immediately in year one.¹ Second, 50,000 Bilt Points and Bilt Gold elite status are earned after spending $4,000 on non-housing purchases in the first 90 days from account opening. How does the $200 annual Bilt Cash benefit work — when do I get it?

The $200 Bilt Cash credit is deposited automatically to your Bilt account upon card approval — no activation required, no spend threshold to unlock.¹ In subsequent years, it is deposited each January 1st. Combined with the up to $100 Bilt Cash that can rollover from the previous year, Palladium cardholders can begin each new year with up to $300 in Bilt Cash ready to use — $100 carried over plus the $200 annual deposit. The $200 credit can be used immediately toward housing point unlocks, Lyft rides, hotel bookings through Bilt Travel, fitness classes like Soul Cycle, Grubhub, Walgreens and more. Bilt Cash expires December 31st each year; only up to $100 rolls over into the next calendar year.

How does the $400 Bilt Travel Hotel credit work — is it easy to use and can I stack it?

The $400 annual credit is split into two $200 credits — one for January through June, one for July through December. Each credit applies to eligible hotel bookings made through the Bilt Travel Portal for a minimum 2-night stay.¹ Bilt Travel Hotel credits do not roll over between halves or to the next year. You can stack and combine it with Bilt Points and other Bilt Credits during your checkout.

How does Priority Pass work with the Palladium Card?

Palladium cardholders receive full Priority Pass membership providing access to 1,300+ airport lounges worldwide. To access a lounge, show your Priority Pass membership card or use the Priority Pass app on your mobile device. Priority Pass also includes special offers and discounts at participating airport restaurants, retail locations, and spa experiences.² Authorized users on a Palladium account also receive Priority Pass access as part of their benefits — making the $95 authorized user fee† particularly strong value for a traveling partner or family member.

My building charges a fee when I pay rent, mortgage, or HOA by card. Does the Bilt Palladium Card get around that?

Yes — for both rent and mortgage. Bilt Palladium cardholders never pay a credit card transaction fee on housing payments made through Bilt.¹ For rent payments: Bilt provides a dedicated account and routing number in the Bilt app. You enter this into your landlord’s payment portal as an account — look for the option labeled “bank account,” “e-check,” or “ACH” and select that, not “credit card.” Your landlord’s portal processes it as a standard ACH bank transfer. The credit card convenience fee never triggers because no card number is being entered into the portal. When payment is submitted, Bilt debits your linked personal bank account within 24 hours. Your landlord receives a normal bank payment. For mortgage payments: The same dedicated routing and account number can be added to your mortgage servicer’s portal as a payment method. Your servicer sees a standard ACH from Column N.A. Allow at least 3 business days for your servicer to receive the payment to avoid late fees. For landlords without an online portal, Bilt can send payment via Venmo, PayPal, or a physical check mailed to your landlord’s address — all at no transaction fee.¹ The bottom line: your landlord or servicer gets paid exactly as they always have. You pay no convenience fee. And your Bilt Palladium Card can earn rewards on the full payment amount with no annual cap.¹

Does the Bilt Palladium Card earn extra points at restaurants, on Lyft, and through Bilt Travel?

At Bilt Neighborhood Dining restaurants — 20,000+ participating locations — you earn bonus Bilt Points per dollar stacked on top of the Palladium Card’s 2X base rate on everyday purchases.¹ The bonus varies usually between +2-3X by restaurant for a total of up to 5X and is shown in the Bilt app at the time of your visit. Pay with your Palladium Card and the combined total posts automatically. On Lyft, link your Bilt and Lyft accounts to earn an additional 2X per dollar on eligible rides. Combined with the Palladium Card’s 2X everyday base rate,¹ you earn 4X total Bilt Points per dollar on Lyft — the highest Lyft earn rate in the Bilt lineup, uncapped. Through the Bilt Travel Portal, the Palladium Card earns +2X on hotels and +1X on flights stacked on top of its 2X base rate.¹ That delivers 4X total on hotels and 3X total on flights booked at biltrewards.com/travel.⁴ Activating a Point Accelerator brings the base rate on everyday spend to an effective 3X — stacked rates reach 5X on hotels and 4X on flights through Bilt Travel, and 6X on Lyft, for up to $5,000 in qualifying spend.³

What is the Point Accelerator on the Palladium Card and is it worth it?

The Point Accelerator lets you redeem $200 in Bilt Cash to earn 1 additional Bilt Point per dollar on everyday spending for the next $5,000 in qualifying purchases — available up to five times per year (up to $25,000 in annual spending). The activation expires after the $5,000 cap is reached or at calendar year-end, whichever comes first.³ For Palladium cardholders, this brings the baseline 2X earning rate to 3X on everyday purchases for the duration of each activation.³ Activate in the Bilt app when you have $200 in available Bilt Cash.

Is there a cap on how much housing spend can earn rewards on the Palladium Card?

No. Bilt removed all annual and monthly caps on housing payment rewards. You can earn on your full rent or mortgage payment regardless of the amount, across multiple properties, with no preset spending limit on housing.¹
